I began practicing yoga as an act of self-care—a way to connect my actions with my thoughts, my ideas with my values, and to live a life aligned with purpose, rather than chasing unrealistic dreams. What started as a simple desire to deepen my connection with myself quickly evolved into a transformative way of life.

My yoga journey began in Dubai, where I completed sound healing, Yin yoga, and meditation teacher training courses. I later traveled to Rishikesh, India—the sacred birthplace of yoga—to deepen my knowledge through a 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher training.

Yoga began as a personal journey to find balance, strength, and inner peace. At the time, I never envisioned myself teaching. However, as I experienced the profound clarity, vitality, and sense of purpose that yoga brought to my life, it became natural to share this gift with others.

Teaching yoga was not part of my initial plan, but it has become a calling. My goal is to guide others in discovering the freedom, strength, and inner peace that yoga offers. For me, yoga is not just about physical postures; it is a way to awaken the potential within, to live consciously and intentionally, and to fully embrace life.

It is truly an honor to share this journey and create a space where others can grow, heal, and thrive.
